2025 ROAD PAVING PROGRAM &
GENESEE LAKE ROAD PARK PARKING IMPROVEMENTS

Road paving work is scheduled to be completed during the summer months as part of the Village’s 2025 Annual Road Improvement Program. Works may include milling of pavement, pulverizing/rubblizing of concrete, repairs to road base, placement of asphalt, and installation of new shoulder material. Please note that this work may not be completed on consecutive days. The following roads are planned to be completed within the approximate timeline:

Weeks of July 7 – July 26, 2025:

• Delafield Road – CTH BB (N Golden Lake Rd) to Village Limit
• N Dekoven Road – CTH B (Valley Rd) to terminus

In addition to the paving program, the Village will be constructing a new parking lot facility at Genesee Lake Road Park in the northeast corner of the property. This project will include installation of paved parking and pedestrian facilities, grading, installation of stormwater facilities, and landscaping. The work is scheduled to be completed over a period of several weeks within the approximate timeline:

Weeks of July 7 – August 16, 2025:

• Genesee Lake Road Parking Improvements – 37505 Genesee Lake Road

Note that adverse weather, unexpected site conditions, and other factors may alter the work schedule. Access to driveways will be maintained throughout the project, and we kindly request that residents comply with any posted parking restrictions.
