The Village of Summit has solicited bids with the intent to award a contract to one contractor for tree trimming and removal services with an estimated total cost of $6,945. This notice is given pursuant to Section 62.15(1) Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that if the estimated cost of any public construction exceeds $5,000 but is not greater than $25,000, a Class I notice of the proposed construction shall be published before the contract for the construction is executed. The contract will not be executed until one week following publication of this notice.
